While there is plenty of sand, rocks on the ocean floor are not uncommon and it is somewhere where you might consider getting a pair of water shoes. A fun new addition to Labadee is the floating bar on Adrenaline Beach. This means if you have the Deluxe Beverage Package, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic beverages, along with bottled water, sodas and more. Likewise, the Royal Refreshment and Soda Package benefits also work on Labadee. While the people who sell their wares here are friendly enough, they are not passive artisans either. They are salesmen and women, so and will try their best to lock in a sale.
With your cruise ship docking in this port, you will have a full barbeque lunch waiting for you on the island. This mini-feast is free to all visitors from the cruises and offers burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and multiple side dishes of a large meal that is served buffet-style. Nellie’s Beach offers some great beach cabanas as mentioned above and is a good spot to get some instagrammable shots of your cruise ship as well. By the way, if you do rent a cabana here it will include golf cart transportation to the ship, buffet, or many other places you might like to go.

Although some parts of adrenaline beach can be wavy, the far end is in a protected cove which is perfect for swimming. However, you should know that there are age and height limitations on this excursion that will keep children under the age of 7 and those who are not 48 inches tall from enjoying this park. Also, those under the age of 18 will need to have a guardian nearby for the duration of their adventure. Right as you get to the top of the ride, you will look out over the scenery and get to see the best view on the island. Then, you will have a nice drop where you will ride at 30 miles an hour down to the end of the ride.

If you decide to spend a beach day, you can upgrade to one of the beach beds and cabanas for an ultimate stay in Labadee (Haiti). The aqua park is located at Columbus Cove and is an activity designed for kids. There are selected times that you can choose from and there is limited availability.
If you want to explore the culture and traditions of native Haitians, there are several Labadee shore excursions you can book. Some of them include a visit to a local village, while some include cultural workshops and a stroll around Labadee. It is the remotest beach in Labadee, and it takes a minute walk to reach it on foot. Here you can sign up for activities such as the Arawak Aqua Park, waterslide, and kayaking.
